What do we mean by viral?

Any TikTok or Instagram Reel with 25k likes or more will be considered "viral".

What types of videos can I make?

Any type of video will be accepted: dances, skits, pranks etc. However, the Scanno item must feature prominently in the video (e.g. it can't just be sitting in the background).

Does the post need to tag Scanno?

To be eligible for your money back, you must tag us somewhere in your caption using this format: "hoodie from @scannoclothing" or "t-shirt from @scannoclothing" etc.

How do I get my money back once my video has gone viral?

Once your post has hit the 25k like mark, simply send an e-mail to info@scanno.co with your order number and a link to the video. Our team will review the video and process your refund within 2 days.

How will I receive my money?

The price of the product you ordered will be refunded using your original method of payment.
