US Shipment Policy

All orders will have unique QR Codes created and will begin the embroidery process within 2 days. Expect delays due to COVID, and when we are experiencing high volumes of orders. We will contact you within 2 business days if we are expecting your order to be severely delayed. All orders should arrive at your door within 7-14 days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please ensure that if you are shipping to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address that the information is entered correctly so it arrives at the correct destination. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number via email after you checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Scanno Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Scanno Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipment Policy

Non-US residents are able to purchase our products and are subject to all tariffs, taxes, custom fees etc that apply. As our facilities are based in the United States, international shipping times can be impacted by border delays due to COVID. Orders could take an additional 7 to 21 days to arrive.
